At a time that the same elite dynasties of 'holy dark ages' have taken over the world, by extending their underground networks and finally taking over most governments, which means they are also in control of the armies, and close to the final stage of their absolute global domination (the one world global caliphate of holy slavery/ dark ages style) and the world population even in Europe and US are increasingly turning into poor slaves of such Regressive and Opressive system, and global uprising could trigger world war by the same caliphate in disguise, as in previous WW, yet with much disasterous outcome for the Earth and Humanity at large...what can the people do? What are the solutions?!
Well, first of all, the solution needs to aim at changing the way the country's run, if it's going to take the power away from the elite and put it back in people's hand, in any way. How can people gain control of their own armies? and if they don't, who's to garantee that the so called National Armies wont turn back and start mass murder of the own Nation in case of a National uprising or strike? Infact it's very likely to happen in near future, because the armies are well brainwashed to protect only the elite against the National Interest, and that's exactly what they've all been doing for so long! Isn't it?
So, unless a Nation Unites to Demand a certain Effective Change in the overall system, nothing else could actually break them free of the iron grip of the global elite in charge of their governemtns and armies.
The Solution's clear!
If you look at it from that perspective, the solution and the kind of change to demand in a referendum, becomes very clear, and it can only be a change in the way the country's run!
The Alternatives:
There are still several choices as to what kind of system should replace it.
Let's say the people are too fed up with their current system in US and demand a referendum to change it to Parliamentary Monarchy - not that it's the best option but- It would mean they get to ditch all these extra crazy laws and regulations implimented by the elite to Limite Americans' Liberty, and they also get to pick a head of State for every State, and perhaps a new mechanism for a governing body (of let's say the best and brighest Americans) to oversee everything and make sure it's all transparent and report back to the Nation.
This will put the people of each state in charge of their own military to make sure, it's the people's ass they will gaurd not any corrupt elite with no respect for the rest of the Nation/ Country. right?
There you go. That's one solution which could act as a sheild to protect the people from further suppression by the elite even now as they discuss it Nationally. if u know what I mean.

Another Alternative
For the Nations to free themselves from the iron grip of global elite (same caliphate of dark ages/colonialism) is not to support fossile fule industries, and leave them with no other choice but to invest in Alternative Green Energies. The Alternative technologies are already known, and they lie about not having any healthy alternatives, so that they can keep Enslaving Humanity in the same Ultra-Regressive Fossilized System.
When the global Caliphate refuses to invest their money on Alternative energies rather than wars and weapon industry (with an excuse that we need fossil fules) it's up to the people of the world to unite and boycott the use of fossil fuels as well as the related weapon industries and all wars.
If you don't want to demand a Referendum for an Alternative Political System, then the next option would be boycotting the oil/automobile/weapon industrids.
But the People are such good sheeple!
It's is us who demand fossile fuel and invest on whatever the caliphate wants us to invest on.
It is the people who give their hard earned dollars to the caliph's basters, the gangster banksters, to invest on oil/weapon and was industries! right?!
According to the natural Laws of the Universe
all Nations who invest on regression/ weaponry and war, will end up paying a heavy price for such Regressive and Inhumane acts. No Inhumane deed goes unpunished by the Universal Order; just as no good deed goes unpunished by the global Caliphate of Regressive Front.
