- All People have the Right to their Cultural Identity
- Cultures are based on Phylosophy of Life/ Worldview/ Belief system
Worldviews are the Roots of all Cultures
Taking away the Worldview/ Phylosophy of any Ethnic Group
is like taking away the soul of that People
Forcing any worldview/ phylosophy of life/ belief
on any Ethnic Group or Community
is like destroying their Cultural identity
and way of life
it's a crime
against Humanity
- No one shall BAN ethnic groups to Live in accordance to their Culture
- No one shall Force People to Abandon or Change their Cultural way of life.
- All Communities have the Right of Self-Determination of their Cultural life.

- ALL People have the Right to Communal Rulers/ Leaders of similar Ethnicity/ Culture.
- No one shall Force any Community of People to choose Rulers/ Leaders outside their culture.
- Global Village shall Respect the Right of Cultural Communties to Form Freely
with UN support & a global voting system
This will solve the problem of global economic collapse
and many other problems of global living.
* The Right to WorldView/ Phylosophy of Life/ Belief system *
- Cultural Communities/ have the Right to freely choose their own Phylosophy of Life/ belief.
- Ethnicities/ Cultural Communities/ shall Not be Prevented from following their historic Great Phylosophers/ prophets and/or Cultural leaders.
- No Government or Authority has the Right to Enforce Other Phylosophies or bleief systems that are Foreign to a certain Ethnicity/ existing and future Cultural Communities.

Chinese should be free to live according to Confucius or Buddha
or be free to form a diff. type of Cultural Community.

- The UN shall Oversee Free Formation of Cultural Towns Globally.
* The Right of All Cultural Communities :

. to Freely Identify with any Phylosophy of life/ Cultural Way of Life.
. to Freely Choose their Initial Place of Settlement, in their Country of Birth.
. to Freely Choose the members of their community/ and those who reside there.

* Resolving Issues within and amongst existing and new cultural communities:
All issues related to two or more cultural towns/ communities, must be resolved
in co-operation with the new UN headquarter for Cultural Communities + the new Regional and National Governing Bodies - and only the Members of this new UN headquarter for Cultures.
* No ruler/ authority/ organization/ mafia/ cartel/ power player in the world shall deny Humanity nor UN the Right to Freely Form these Culural Communities, and Freely Live in accordance with the chosen Culture (within the boundry of their own community), and receive continual assistance and support with all requirements of Forming and Maintaining a Cultural Community.
